Following the acquisition of Ascentor by Amtivo Group in April 2021, Equas is set to merge with its Amtivo stablemate, Ascentor over the coming months.
Specialising in independent cyber risk management and with an impressive range of support services, Ascentor’s merger with Equas means that clients from both companies will be able to access a much wider range of services and expertise.
Equas Managing Director, Stuart Hedley said “The combined strengths of both businesses will complement one another to deliver an improved experience for all our clients, both existing and new”. Stuart will be joining the Ascentor team as Director of Commercial Operations.
